Terms & Conditions

TRAVEL

Travel costs will be calculated from my home address and charged at £1 per mile to your trial or wedding destination (one-way only). Any applicable parking fees or tolls will be added to your final invoice.

PAYMENTS

A non-refundable booking fee of 20% is required to secure your date. This will be calculated based on the agreed quote and must be paid via bank transfer.
The booking fee covers administrative time and ensures your date is reserved exclusively. Without this payment, your date may be released to other clients.
If a bridal party member is cancelled, the 20% fee for their service will not be refunded.
Trial fees must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Cancellations made after this point are non-refundable.
Final balances must be paid no less than 4 weeks before the wedding or event date. Failure to pay in time may result in cancellation of services.
Payment Reference: Please use your name and event date when making payments.
By submitting your booking fee, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Minimum Spend:

Friday–Sunday: £300 minimum.
Monday–Thursday: £250 minimum.
Bank Holidays: £300 minimum.

Late Bookings:

If your booking is made within 4 weeks of the event, full payment is due upon confirmation.

Additional Communication:

Video or phone consultations are available and charged at £20 per 30 minutes.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Waiting Time:

If you require me to stay beyond the scheduled time, charges of £20 per 30 minutes will apply.
Schedule includes 45 minutes per person, 1 hour for the bride, plus 15 minutes setup and 15 minutes pack-down.

Veil Fitting:

If veil fitting delays exceed the allotted time, additional charges of £20 per 30 minutes will apply.

Complex Hairstyles:

Styles like Hollywood waves may require more than 1 hour of styling. Additional time is charged at £25 per 30 minutes and will be discussed during your trial.
Bridesmaids or guests may not book Hollywood waves unless pre-approved.

Early Start Fees:

Services required before 7:00 AM incur a £20 per hour early start charge (e.g., 4:00 AM start = £60).

Venue Changes:

If your hair and makeup team must relocate during the day, a £20 per 30 minutes relocation fee applies, plus any additional mileage.

CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING

Adding services/people is possible subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
Reducing numbers less than 4 weeks prior does not reduce your final balance.

CANCELLATIONS

Less than 4 weeks before event:
Full remaining balance is due.

Less than 8 weeks before event:
50% of the remaining balance is due.

Pandemic Clause:
If your event is cancelled due to a government-mandated lockdown, all payments beyond the trial and booking fee will be refunded. Booking fees and trial payments remain non-refundable.

CANCELLATION BY US

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, all payments made beyond the trial will be refunded in full.

Should unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent me from attending (e.g. illness or emergency), I will do everything I can to find a suitable replacement from my extended network. However, while every effort will be made, replacement availability cannot be guaranteed.

If no replacement can be found, a full refund (excluding completed trial services) will be issued.

Please note, Extend and Style is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond my control (such as illness, severe weather, or travel disruption). We strongly recommend that clients obtain appropriate wedding insurance to cover such circumstances.

POSTPONEMENTS

Postponements within 12 months will be honoured with no extra charges, subject to artist availability.
For postponements beyond 12 months, new fees or inflation adjustments may apply.
